1. Navigate to First Purchaser By State and select menu option for Reports.
2. Click 'Statements' tab.
3. Click 'Send Via DocVue Exchange'.
4. Click 'S-1 Operator's Run Statements'.
5. Click 'Send'.
6. Click OK.
7. If successful, Log message should read as follows:
"Run Statement uploaded for Operator _______"
