If you encounter this issue, the resolution is a two step process.

First, if using the Google Chrome browser, you need to activate "developer tools." This can be done by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner of your browser.

And then scrolling down to "More Tools" and selecting "Developer Tools" from the 2nd drop down menu.


This should open a second window which takes up the right portion of your screen, which you can completely ignore. Instead, you will need to right click on the refresh button and select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload."
