PakEnergy Transport Release Notes for January 8th

Updated Release Notes

New “Shift Hours” Feature (ONHOLD)

  • This feature previously communicated will not be released with this update. Watch for future releases that communicate this new feature.

Time Zone Comparison

  • On login and logout, the drivers’ local time zone will be stored in the data base and used for comparing current local tablet time zone to driver’s initial shift login date/time.

Subterminal Filter on Dispatch Board

  • Within the Driver available grid, we have added Subterminal as a filter option under the Grid Profile Filters and Advanced Filters option.

  • When a Subterminal filter is defined, it will filter the list of available drivers in the Driver Available grid and the Drivers Working Today/Drivers Not Working Today sections to the drivers associated to that Subterminal.

Mobile Login

  • If a company is using time off Driver/Asset schedule codes, when a driver logs in and the driver current status is set to an OFF code with TIME OFF attribute ON, we will allow the driver to login and complete loads.  The reason for this is a driver may be working a 1/2 day and be on vacation the remainder of the day.

Bugs

  • On load and ticket import, if Account name had some uppercase and lowercase letters (Account was created via API), the user would receive a validation error.  This has been resolved

  • Inbound Load API: When API users would attempt to build a split pickup and second pickup's tank was defined as "Driver Select" it would cause an error.  This has been resolved.

  • Load > Manage Schedules: When a user defines dynamic drop off field information, this information does not properly save in the schedule.  This has been resolved.
