- Fixed an issue where mass exports excluded events with duplicate names, ensuring all events are now included and no data is lost.
- Improved navigation by ensuring Daily Reports always open in the correct module (Drilling vs. Completions).
- New Failure Components feature (beta / feature‑flagged):
- Allows users to track multiple failure components per event in a simple inline table.
- Users can add, edit, and delete components, including reason and optional depth.
- PDF exports and warehouse data now support multiple failure entries when enabled.
- Existing data is automatically migrated when the feature is turned on.
