Unable To Reach The Server When Driver Logs In

Step-by-step guide



  1. Open PakTransportation app and go to Settings by clicking on Superman icon.
  2. Verify that the organization and server name are correct.

    Server Name: welltrax-mobile.wolfepakcloud.com
    Port: 443
    Site: WellSite
    Organization Name: *Name of company*


  3. If this information is incorrect, type in the correct server name and organization name (you will need to contact PakTransportation Support to do this - 325-715-8170). When all the information is correct, scroll down and press Save + Exit.
