Transportation Mobile App Not Launching

Problem:


If a clean install has been performed, permissions likely need to be configured so that a driver can login.


Solution

  1. Go to Android Settings by locating and selecting the Gear icon on the Home screen of your tablet. 


  2. Select Apps from the left hand side, and scroll down the right side and select PakTransportation application.

  3. Select Permissions.

  4. Under Not Allowed section, tap on each item and select Allow or Allow When Using App.

  5. Return to Home Screen and Re-Launch Transportation App.
