Release Notes 6/27/2023
Recurring Email Schedules
- Users can set up recurring email schedules to send reports and run ticket pdfs to customers
- On the review screen, users can create a profile and recurring email schedule associated to this profile. Define which columns customer want visible in the report and set the query parameters.
- Next, to create an email schedule, click on the envelope button in top right. Input Subject, Body, To, CC, Run Ticket PDFs, frequency and run times.
- Note: Ensure a relative option (YESTERDAY, WEEK TO DATE, MONTH TO DATE, etc) is selected within date selector and stored in the profile. Every day the system will use this relative time to adjust the dates and send out the report.
- Note: PakEnergy Support will be migrating all recurring emailed reports which the development team created to the review screen if they are able to. This will enable your team or our support team to make modifications to the email schedules(ie add a new CC) without having to get development involved.
Subterminals
A new concept of subterminal has been added to the platform. Terminals can either be thought of as a Yard or a Regional Operating Hub. When used as a Regional Operation Hub, Terminals can have subterminals defined. This could be physical start/end locations or another level down to organize drivers, pickups and drop offs
On setup > locations > terminal tab, subterminals can be created
On setup > driver a new option has been added to start location, Subterminal. Once selected a user can define which subterminal driver is associated to
On setup > pickup and drop off screens, subterminals can be defined too.
On Dispatch Board, pickup subterminal and drop off subterminal can be added to open load grid
