New Flutter App- Updating Crude Pickup Forms and Fields

On the day that a company transitions to the new Flutter App.

There are a couple of actions that must take place in the Customer’s portal.

Step #	Action	Image
1	Login into Customers Portal. Ensure you are on the Crude Commodity Go to Setup > Definitions > Forms & Fields Find the Pickup Crude Form
2	Find the following three Fields Temperatures Unlock Fields Bbls Slide these three fields to the Inactive Fields Section Make sure you Save each time you slide the field to the Inactive Field Section
3	Find the Odometer Field

Open the Odometer Field
At the bottom of the field under Internal Tag. Add “odometer” to that field.
Use lowercase letters to when adding “odometer”. Ensure you enter it in all lowercase.
Save the change in the Dynamic Field.
Save again the Pickup Form change.

Save the Dynamic Field
Save the Form.
Always Save!!
Exit the Portal
