Motive Integration: PakTransportation has developed a new integration with Motive. Motive: All-in-One Fleet Management & Driver Safety Platform. The integration works very similar to our current integrations with Geotab and Samsara.
- Highlights of Integration
- Drivers, Truck and Trailers are created, edited and inactivated within PakTransport and updated within Motive
- Hours of Service (HOS), Geolocation and Odometer information is pulled from Motive and used within PakTransportation to share this data with dispatchers and drivers.
- Shipment logs are sent from PakTransport to Motive and added to driver logs
- Please contact support-transportation@pakenergy.com if your company is interested in utilizing the new integration between PakTransportation and Motive.
End of Shift Logic: For companies using the end of shift recalculate and email feature, there is a new option to decide if you want to recalculate all tickets and send the email or only recalculate the tickets and NOT send the email.
- If End of Shift Email is TRUE/ON and profiles are NOT set at Company and Commodity level then it will recalculate the tickets, but it will NOT send the email.
- If End of Shift Email is TRUE/ON and profiles are set at Company and Commodity level then it WILL recalculate the tickets and it WILL send the email.
- If End of Shift Email is FALSE/OFF then it will NOT recalculate the tickets and NOT send the email.

Bugs/Issues
- Within the inbound load API, if an API user is attempting to update an ongoing load's load creation pickup or drop off fields they may receive an error. This issue has been resolved.
- For Load and Ticket notifications, Operators were not consistently receiving notifications. This issue has been resolved.
- On Setup > Driver, if a driver’s Auth0 email address was changed, the driver was unable to login to the APP. This issue has been resolved.
- On the mobile application, in a rare use, drivers received a username mismatch when attempting to login from Geotab. This issue has been resolved
- If a driver does not logout, on the next day when this driver logs in, we automatically populate their login date/time and odometer as prior shift logout date/time and odometer. When this procedure occurred, the truck # they were logging into was not checked. A change has been made that only if they are logging into the same truck #, will we auto populate their login odometer as their logout odometer from prior shift.
