Enhancements
Portal
- Dispatch Board > Advanced View Load Card: The advanced view load card now displays all Drop Off locations on a load, up to 6 (DO1 through DO6). When a load has more than 4 total locations, the card automatically switches to a two-column layout with Pick Ups on the left and Drop Offs on the right.
- Notifications: When a notification trigger fires, PakTransportation now evaluates the phone book of every Account on the load — covering all 6 Pick Up Accounts (PU1–PU6) and all 6 Drop Off Accounts (DO1–DO6). Previously, notification logic only checked the first Pick Up Account and Drop Off locations DO1–DO3.
- Finance > Invoice and Payroll: When a query is executed, both the top and bottom grids are now automatically selected. Users are also required to have items selected in the top grid before creating an invoice.

Bugs/Issues
- On Load Creation, required fields (such as tank, product type, and sub product) configured as required for a company were not being enforced, allowing dispatchers to save loads without entering those values. This has been resolved.
- On Finance > Invoice, column header spacing saved to a profile would reset back to default spacing when switching profiles or looking up/editing a load. This has been resolved.
- On Compliance/RTU, when a driver completed a compliance document on the mobile device and the document was approved, the expiration date was not being updated and the new image was not being stored on the compliance document. This has been resolved.
- On Finance > Payroll, an error would occur when attempting to Multi Export when the "Include Coversheet" option was selected. This has been resolved.
- When editing a ticket that was created via API, values entered into dependency form fields would be cleared as soon as the field lost focus, preventing users from saving updated values. This has been resolved.
- On Finance > Invoice and Payroll screens, after saving a dependency form override from the ticket screen, column values (e.g., Drop Off Net Gallons) would disappear from the grid, requiring a manual re-search to restore the view. This has been resolved.
- For companies using PakLoads, Account and Operator permissions updated in the Portal were not being reflected in PakLoads, causing drivers to see loads that did not match their configured Accounts and Operators. This has been resolved.
- For companies using dependency forms, the dependency row index number was not properly displaying in the profile view, preventing specific calculations tied to a dependency row from being identified correctly. This has been resolved.
