Creating A New User

Users are an integral part of the OnPing system. Users can view dashboards and receive alarms.

1. Log in to your OnPing account. In the top-right corner, find the wrench icon for the drop-down settings menu.
2. Choose “+New User” in the drop-down menu.
3. Fill out the information on the form.

Here you can select how the new user will be notified: by email, text, or call. 

Click “Save” when you have finished.
