Before importing data you must review each tab of the data file, tab by tab, column by column.

Click on every single drop down menu and review all data in every column to make sure things look good.  
Below are the assessments of CVR data.  Here is most of the items that should be reviewed.


Average Load Per Shift

  1. Avg loads per shift for bulk haulers are typically 3.   
  2. Water haulers are the only ones that do more than 3



Noticed that commodity 2, 3, 4, 5 etc are missing from account, operator, terminal tabs.  We MUST explain to customer that they can NOT delete columns from spreadsheet.  Did we have a walk thru with CVR to explain the process to prevent these issues?  


Conditional Formatting is broken on commodity for terminal, account, operator.  Not sure if that is because copy and pasting was done or columns deleted.  We need to ensure this is fixed in template




Review Average Speed




Is the Account & Operator Name consistent across all other tabs (Pick Up and Drop off tab)




Review Latitude and Longitude





Tank Data and Strapping Info is Critical



Sort by these 4 levels always.  I noticed it was only sorted by two levels(tank name and then strap sequence) which is concerning if tank name is the same for two locations.
