When you already have Geotab devices operating within your fleet and are bringing on additional vehicles with new Geotab devices.
Step-by-step guide
- To build the new trucks within Transportation, go to Setup and Truck/Trailer tab
.
- Click New and populate relevant information about the truck including the Geotab Device Serial Number. You can also edit an existing truck to add a new Geotab Device Serial Number.
- Click Save. This will push the newly setup truck and Geotab information into your linked Geotab portal.
4. The truck is now ready to be assigned to applicable drivers within Transportation and will be available for drivers to select upon them logging into Geotab Drive.
