If the instance a driver cannot arrive at the lease site the following troubleshooting steps need to be followed AFTER launching Rescue on the drivers' tablet:

1. Click on the The 'Home' icon, in the top right hand side of the tablet.

2. From the 'Home' screen, select ' Logout' icon.

3. If the drive uses Geotab, go to Geotab and launch Transportation from Geotab. If they do not have Geotab, ask them to log back into Transportation.

4. Ask the driver to go back to the load and see if the option 'Arrive At Lease' is highlighted in orange and allows the driver to arrive.

If the driver does have this option and can arrive at the lease site, the issue is resolved
If the driver still cannot arrive at the site, please generate a ticket for Vertrax Support.
