How to Change a User Password

Resetting a password is sometimes necessary if a user forgets their login credentials.

The below no longer applies. PakEnergy Transportation has now converted to Auth0. In order to change the password, click "reset password".

Step-by-step guide

1. After logging into the portal, go to Setup, Administration, and Users. Choose the desired user from the list and click Edit.
   
   
2. A new option will appear called Reset Password will appear, just enter the New Password and click Save.
