Portal Enhancements

  • Excel Exports
    1. On review, invoice and payroll screen, excel exports will default all columns to be width of 20.  Mobile customers who received excel reports had challenges with seeing data because columns were too narrow

  • Finance > Contract
    1. For the finance > rate sheet tab > reject miles rate sheet table, the restriction to only look in this table if ticket has REJECT status has been removed.  The REJECT MILES RATE LOOKUP can be used as a secondary rate table for complete or reject loads.  This component and rate table name will be relabeled in upcoming build.

  • Finance > Calculations
    1. The max bol loaded miles component has been enhanced to identify the max loaded miles for each pickup to drop off combination within a load
      • As an example.   If there are two pickups and two drop offs, all 4 combinations/scenarios will be considered and the components output will be the max or highest scenario loaded miles of any combination.

 

 

  • Finance > New Component
    1. A new component named External 3rd Party GSV has been added and can be used within calculations.  The value of the External 3rd party GSV field is present on the ticket screen for crude commodity customers within the 3rd Party section.

  • Time Off Code Templates      
    1. On setup > def > codes tab, if a driver/asset schedule code is defined as Time Off = True, the user can input total available days or max carry over with decimals.

 

Portal Resolved Bugs

  • Review, Invoice and Payroll > Clear Sort
    1. The clear sort button now properly clears the sort from all columns
  • Load Import & Contracts
    1. In specific use cases, if a pickup or drop off was tied to a contract with a new account, when user imported loads, the user would receive an error stating the pickup or drop off is not tied to specific account.  This issue has been resolved.
  • Time Off Vacation/PTO
    1. The max carry will not be prorated for drivers first year if they were hired after the 1st of the year.  

 

 

  • Time Off Entries on Setup > Driver
    1. When a user input Time Off # of Days if they did not click on another row or off the grid and clicked save the update did not save.  This has been resolved.

  • Time Off Codes With 0 Total Available Days For All Tenure Years
    1. If a template is created with 0 total available days, portal users and drivers will NOT be able to input time off for this code.  If the template has NULL for all tenure years then a portal user or driver can create time off entries for this code.
  • Time Off Totals on Setup > Driver
    1. The calculation to sum up total used days has been corrected
  • Grid columns being collapsed/narrow
    1. On old profiles where the width of the column was NOT stored in the profile, the column width was collapsed/narrow.  This issue was resolved last week.

  • Dispatch > Dispatch Board Inline Filters
    1. When a portal user adds an inline filter to a column and assigns the load, the filter will hold when the grid refreshes.  This issue was resolved last week
