Ticket API

• Ticket api users can add pickup and drop off tickets to open status loads

Resolved Bugs

• Load > Create Loads, for companies using dependency forms when creating loads, if a dispatcher attempted to assign load when creating load they would receive a duplicate entry error
• On setup > driver screen, when editing drivers, supervisor, geotab security clearance and data access were being wiped out in some use cases
• Load > Secondary Scenarios, when user would filter for a specific pickup or drop off not all of the scenarios associated to given location would properly display in the grid
• Dispatch board > driver available grid.  When user would change profiles the grid would not properly update and apply filters and sorting stored in the profile
• Load Creation Drop Down Fields Not Prepopulating Tablet.  When a dynamic drop down field was added to load creation form, when dispatcher would define the option, it was not prepopulating the tablet form on pickup or drop off.
