Enhancements
- On the Mobile app, if a driver submits a blurry receipt photo or image, the back-office team can ask the driver to submit a new photo. Under the Load summary button, a driver can find the Load they completed which has a blurry photo. Driver can click on the Camera icon and upload a new photo. Driver can decide if they are taking a Pickup or Drop Off Receipt photo, Other photo or Other Video. When a driver clicks submit it will upload the new images to the Load under the media tab.
Bugs/Issues
- On submit shift screen, the logout odometer which will populate will be the last odometer obtained from Geotab.
- Improvements have been made to the IOS background worker so if a driver leaves PakTransport, unsent transactions will continue to process in the background.
- If PakEnergy deploys a new app, if a driver had logged in and they are working on their loads, if the driver had the app in the background, when they returned to the app, it would show them there was an app update. Drivers will only be asked to update their app on login.
- On Pickup and Drop Off Forms, calculations which rely on variables from another calculation were not working on Android. This issue has been resolved.
- Additional logging has been added for missing media images. The root cause of why some media images are not being stored on media tab is still being investigated.
