New Mobile App Notes
- The font size of the run tickets increased from 6pt to 8pt to improve legibility
- A new option has been added to the Print Menu labeled “Auto Scale”. When Auto Scale is turned on, the run ticket will be Auto Scaled to maximum 11" ticket length. This introduces the potential for the font size to become smaller than 8pt.
- Many operators use flatbed scanners to copy their tickets so ensuring 11" max height is important for these operators. If Auto Scale is turned OFF then the max length of 11" will be ignored and the ticket will always print with 8pt font.
- Improvements have been made to prioritize load and ticket data syncs over Media files data syncs.
- When a driver submits their tickets, the terminal in which the dispatcher assigned the load will now be saved with the ticket.
- On Setup > Driver screen, if drivers Auth0 email is changed, that driver was unable to login to new mobile app. This issue has been resolved.
- The Odometer field will always appear as a whole number. There were rare use cases where Odometer displayed with 2 decimals.
- On the Drop Off screen, if a Dispatcher did a Reroute, the driver would see a grey screen behind the Loads have updated message. This has been resolved
- For non-crude loads, the Odometer field appeared as 0. This issue has been resolved.
- If a driver initiates a Split Load on the mobile app, the Ticket Confirmation # will properly display to both tickets.
