Mobile App
- A new warn and block max limit for BS&W (crude haulers) has been added to the below:
- Setup > Admin > Company
- Setup > Account
- Setup > Locations > Operator tab
When a maximum BS&W limit has been defined, the user will then determine if this limit is a warning or a block. If it’s a warning the driver will be informed the BS&W they input is above the limit but they are able to proceed. If it’s a block, the driver will NOT be able to proceed and need to input a value at or below the maximum or contact dispatch to make an adjustment to the limit.
Drivers now can submit fuel transactions and view company documents on the new mobile app. Under the main menu (3 horizontal bars), two new menu options will appear: Fuel and Documents. The documents the driver can see are located under the Setup > Admin > Documents tab, right hand column.
- On Setup > Driver, if the auto drop to open load feature is turned on or off, this will take precedence over the company level settings. The company level setting is used to push this setting down to the driver level
- The ELD icon and label has been added to the main menu (3 horizontal bars) and drivers can click on Geotab or Samsara or Motive to open this application and bring it to the foreground.
- When a driver did not complete all their loads in a shift, there were some rare cases where the load did not properly auto shift. This issue also caused errors when drivers were trying to rearrange their loads. This issue has been resolved.
