New Mobile App Bugs/Issues

  • If a Load was assigned to a Driver, the Driver goes offline and dispatch cancels the Load, but Driver never gets update and completes Load.  The Load was not being reassigned to the Driver with their ticket data.  This has been resolved.  When the Driver departs Pickup and completes the Load, the system will automatically uncancel the Load and reassign it to the Driver, insert the ticket data and update the Load status.
  • Witness signatures were being saved, but were not visible on the Load/Ticket detail popout > Media tab.  This issue has been resolved.
  • The permission to allow a Driver to reroute the Drop Off was using the Setup > Admin > Company setting.  This has now been updated to use the Setup > Driver permission
  • When Drivers adds a new tank and inputs the height of the tank, the feet are captured as inches.  This has been resolved.
  • If a Driver was using a phone the product type and bottom gauge fields were either hard to read or not presented in a user-friendly manner. (see below) This issue has been corrected
