Clearing Cache for Android and IOS

Android:

Option A:

1. Hard press on the app, click the “i” on the top right corner
2. Open “Storage”
3. Click “clear cache” at the bottom.

Option B:

4. Open Settings
5. Tap Apps (or Apps & notifications / Application manager)
6. Tap See all apps (if you see that option)
7. Select the app you want
8. Tap Storage & cache (sometimes just Storage)
9. Tap Clear cache

iPhone (iOS)

Option A: Offload the app:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap General
3. Tap iPhone Storage
4. Scroll and tap the app
5. Tap Offload App
6. Confirm
7. Tap Reinstall App (or reinstall from the App Store)

Option B: Delete and reinstall (most thorough)

1. Open Settings
2. Tap General
3. Tap iPhone Storage
4. Tap the app
5. Tap Delete App
6. Confirm

Reinstall the app from the App Store
