- Calculate Gross/GSV/Net bbls on Drop Off
- The drop off form has been an enhanced for crude customers to be able to auto calculate gross/gsv/net barrels on the drop off based upon new information driver receives at the delivery facility. Please contact support-transportation@pakenergy.com if you are interested to turn on this feature
Portal
- Ticket Screen - Timezones
- On the ticket screen, for all times captured on tablet, we will display the local timezone associated to the timestamp
- Setup > Driver Grid
- On the setup > driver grid, 38 new columns have been added to the profiles so users can view these data elements within the grid. The 38 columns are fields which are present within the setup > driver form
- Review
- Cancelation reason notes have been added as a new field to the review grid profiles
- The run ticket URLs will now be in HTTPS format for security purposes.
- Load Screen
- With large data set feature enabled, users can now enter and search with tank names in the pickup name field. If it finds a tank with this name it will display the pickup names which have this tank active for a user to select
- On the user tab, when users with restricted permissions create new users they have the ability to set user group other than their own. As an example. If a user is set to user group dispatch, historically they could only select the dispatch user group. Now users can select any user group.
- PDF files can now be uploaded on the portal or the tablet and viewed where documents/media are uploaded. Historically users would NOT be able to view pdf files and would have to download them to see them.
- When users export run tickets and include receipt images or other images, pdf files will be included in the export
- Dispatch Board
- On dispatch board, when a dispatcher drops an ongoing load with ticket pickup info, the dispatcher can define a alphanumeric drop off location name of where this trailer was dropped for reference
- A new field, Load Terminal, has been added to the open load grid profile for users to reference and filter by

- 3rd Party Dispatch(ie Parent/Child)
- An enhancement has been made to 3rd party dispatch logic to allow a parent to decide who can edit tickets. Historically, only a child could edit tickets and this info would flow back to the parent. New options have been added for parent to only be allowed to make edits or both parent and child can make edits.
Tablet
- Messaging
- On tablet, when driver goes to messaging screen, they will only see messages associated to their terminals
- End Of Shift Summary
- Actual Odometer Miles between pickup and drop off has been added to the loaded miles column so driver can compare both figures.
- Instructions/See More Button
- Address/Location information has been added to the instructions/see more button. Drivers can copy addresses or lat/longs to clipboard and paste into navigation app if desired.

- On the inbound load api, users can create loads with split pickups
Bugs/Issues
- Commodity Name column which is displayed in various grids throughout the system will display the commodity name and not the permanent name stored in the db
- The ticket api improperly displayed the time when the time was 00:00. This has been resolved so it displays the time in this format
- For parent/child, when child was mapping commodities the user had to click in a very specific location to get the drop down to work. This has been resolved
- On setup > forms and fields, when users could create a calculated field the calculated formula would not save properly and the user would need to reenter the formula. This has been resolved.
- On dispatch > driver schedules, the terminal and workshfit columns were not displaying correct information. This has been resolved
