PakEnergy Transport Release Notes for October 2024
Finance
On the Finance > Invoice screen we have added three new components
1) Auto refresh 2) Manually retrieve tickets 3) Select All
Auto Refresh - by default will be enabled. Users can turn this off if they do not want the bottom grid to auto retrieve tickets when they click on an invoice
When Auto Refresh is off, a user can click on multiple invoices and the bottom grid will NOT refresh.
Manually Retrieve Tickets - Users can click the circular retrieve tickets button to retrieve the tickets once they have selected all the invoices, they want to retrieve tickets for.
Select All - will select all invoices in the top grid.
Resolved Bugs
Load/Ticket Popup > Map tab - When users click on map it would not always display the correct Pickup and Drop Off location.
Load and Ticket screens - Large Data Set feature was not properly incorporating the Commodity of Load/Ticket to display corresponding Pickups or Drop Offs for that Commodity.
Load > Manage Load & Dispatch > Create New Load - When two dispatchers were creating loads at the same time across two different Commodities, one dispatcher’s loads would not be created and they would receive an error.
Load > Manage Loads - Intermittently, when a user would type in a Pickup name or Drop Off name when large data set feature was enabled, they would receive the following error below.
Dispatch > Tracking - When a user obtained direction from a Pickup to a Drop Off and then alter the route, it was not holding the Drop Off location for the directions.
Review > Review - When a user selected Load Status “ALL” and deselected the Non-Complete Loads flag and attempted Save this search. The Non-Complete Loads flag in the profile did not save properly
Setup > Definition > Codes tab - Users were not able to edit and save codes
Ticket Review Screen – Users would receive a validation error if a driver added notes/comments to a text field and included extra spaces in their text notes. The ticket screen now allows for extra spaces in the text without a validation.
Ticket Review Screen - When a user was editing a crude commodity ticket the seal on and seal off times would not properly save.
Dispatch Board and Review screen - Users were able to cancel loads with ticket data. Users MUST use the OMIT button on the ticket screen if they want a ticket to be excluded from reports and queries.
Dispatch Board and Review screen - Intermittently, when a user would select multiple Open or Assigned Loads and right click > Mass Update, the Mass Update screen would not properly load and display all fields.
Ticket Review Screen - If a user opened up the load and clicked on the Pickup and Drop Off tabs, it would not load the data.
Review > Driver Added Tanks - When a tank was reviewed, if a driver took a photo of the tank, the user was not able to see the image any longer.
Review > Ticket Import - When users would import split tickets, the 2nd ticket would not always import and save.
