Driver Shift Email Options

From Dispatch Board

 

Right Click on Driver > Driver Shift Email

Create a Profile that Limits What is Sent to just the Essentials

When Sending Email, DESELECT the Pickup and Drop Off. When selected it will attach two excel files to the email with all lines info for each Pickup and Drop Off. There will be multiple lines for the Pickup to account for each tank and/or strapping for that Pickup. Drivers usually doesn’t need to get this file.

  1. Driver must have a working email address

  • This option Does not have any attachments. Loads are seen in the body of the Email.

Start from the Top Down

  1. Select Assigned PU Date
  2. Select Terminal/Terminals
  3. Select Driver/Drivers (Driver must have a working email address)
  4. Send Email
