PakEnergy Transport Release Notes for February 5, 2025 (UPDATED)
Enhancements
API - Recompute Gross/GSV/Net and Corrected Gravity Via API
- REMOVED from Current Release. Will be part of our next Release.
Invoice and Payroll
- Currently on Finance > Invoice or Payroll screen, if a user edits one ticket and clicks save, the entire query is rerun again for all tickets and updated in the grid.
- To improve speed, when a user edits and saves a ticket, only this BOL and the tickets associated with the BOL will be updated in the grid.
Auto Create Field
- On the portal, on either Dispatch Board > Open Load grid or Review screen, the data in the Auto Created column will NOW display the following options:
- "Scheduled" = This means loads were created from Loads > Schedule Loads.
- "Manual" = This means loads were manually created.
- "Auto Load Creation" = This means loads were generated via Setup > Pickup Auto Create Loads feature. This used to be shown as "Service-LA".
- "API" = This means loads were created via API.
- Import = This means loads were created from Load > Import Load screen.
Time Off
- On the Setup > Driver screen > Time Off Totals grid, a new Offset column and button has been added to make it more user friendly.
- The offset form has also been cleaned up to be more consistent with other forms in the system.
Bugs
- On the Portal > Review screen when a user would sort by Drop Off name, Drop Off Account District, Drop Off District reference #, Driver Assigned, Pickup Wait Time or H2S Hazard the user would receive an error. This has been resolved.
- On the portal, if a Drop Off ticket is OMITTED, this ticket will NOT print/appear on the PDF from the Review screen. This has been resolved.
- UPDATED: The Omitted Drop Off ticket when printed from the (Dispatch) Load/Ticket detail screen will be resolved in the next Release.
- On the Portal > Setup > Pickup or Drop Off screens, if a location had > 100 tanks, the audit trail would not load properly. This has been resolved.
- On the Portal > Driver Added Tank screen, if a user edited the tank name, the photo associated to this tank would not load properly. This has been resolved.
- On the tablet, when a driver is rejecting a load and “Require Photo On Reject” is turned on/true on Setup > Admin > Company tab, the tablet was not requiring a photo to be taken. This has been resolved
- On the tablet, when a driver clicks the PakEnergy Transportation button inside of the Geotab app, the driver would receive a Geotab Login Required validation even though they logged in properly. This only impacted a handful of drivers. This issue has been resolved.
- On the tablet, when a driver would change trucks during their shift and proceed to the Submit Shift and logout screen, the trucks odometers for Start and End Shift would not always reflect correctly. This issue has been resolved.
