Enhancements

 

Portal   

  • On Setup > Drop Off screen, if a user is making a Drop Off inactive, there is a new option to remove this Drop Off from all Pickups > Default Drop Off list.  By Default, it is set to No. If turned to Yes, on Saving your change, it will remove the inactive Drop Off from all Pickups > Default Drop Off list.

  • On the Dispatch Board > Right click on Driver there is a new option to send End Of Shift Email.  Based upon the assigned Pickup date defined at the top of Dispatch Board + the Driver the user right clicked on, it will send an End of Shift Email.  Please reference 6/11/25 release notes for explanation of how End Of Shift Email works. 
  • For companies using the Time Off feature, if a Driver had a status with time off YES and a Load/Ticket was created for this time off day, if Dispatch changes this Driver to a status of ON (where time off is NO) then it will inform the user the ticket will be omitted if they move forward with the status change.

Bugs/Issues

  • On Load > Manage Loads and Dispatch Board > New Load, when a user is creating a New Load, if a Pickup or Drop Off has been inactivated, the scenario that the Pickup or Drop Off was associated to will no longer appear as available in the Scenario Drop Down.
  • On Load > Manage Loads and Dispatch Board > New Load, if company has large data set option turned On and user searched for Drop Offs, Inactive Drop Offs were appearing.  This has been resolved. 
  • On Dispatch Board when Dispatchers were assigned Loads to Drivers, the Loads being assigned would not always show as removed from the open Load grid.  The fix for this was released on 6/16
  • On the inbound ticket API, if a user was attempting to update Receipt Number, they would receive an error.  This issue has been resolved. 
  • On Load > Manage Schedules, Schedules defined as Daily and a Frequency other than every day were not properly running.   This is resolved.
