How to Create a Status Reason for Canceled Or Reject Loads

Load Statuses are used when drivers are on-site, and after often customized for Reject Reasons when a driver rejects a load. The driver can select a particular status from a drop down menu while at a pickup site.
Step-by-step guide
- Click Setup, Definitions, and Reason Code.

- On the left side, you will see all the existing reason codes. You can sort them by status using the Filter Option, after clicking on the drop down.

- On the right side, you can create a new reason code or edit an existing one

- Make sure the status is active otherwise it will not show up on the driver's tablet
