Give Driver Permission to Reroute or Rearrange Load via Tablet
As a dispatcher, how to navigate the portal to give drivers permission to reroute while out on delivery by using Transportation.
Step-by-step guide
- Within Transportation portal, click Setup, Administration, and Company.
- Click Edit on the desired company, and then adjust Allow Drivers to Rearrange Load and/or Allow Drivers to Reroute Oil Depot. Be sure to Save changes.
