If a re-route is necessary during a load, a driver may have permission to change destination via tablet.
- Go to the Home Screen by pressing the House icon in the upper right corner of the tablet.
- Click on Load, this will take you to assigned, completed, and ongoing loads.
- Choose Update Shift/Loads. NOTE: If you do not see this button on your screen, your company has not given you (the driver) the ability to reroute your load. In order to reroute your load please call dispatch.
- Click on the drop-down menu under DROPOFF.
- From there you will see all the possible Drop Offs that you can reroute to.
- Make sure you fill out the Drop Off Reroute Notes section, then click Save.
- Click Resume Load to continue with loads.
