Drivers can create a load from their tablets as customers request, allowing for great flexibility in the field.
Step-by-step guide
- First, access your Loads by selecting the Truck Icon.
- Select Add along the bottom of the screen.
- Select Commodity, then fill in the appropriate fields like Pickup Account, Pickup Name, and all other required information.
- Pressing the Plus button beside Pick Up or Drop Off will allow you to add Pickup and Dropoff locations.
- A new set of drop-down boxes will appear according to the new Pickup/Dropoff location, which can be filled out appropriately. The Minus button will allow you to remove the added location.
- A Note may be required to justify this ticket to dispatch. When complete, select Save.
- All Done! Driver created loads have a unique BOL # so that they can be created even in areas of poor signal, without fear of duplicate tickets.
