Paper Jam

The paper path is blocked, or receipts are not printing.


Step-by-step guide

  1. Press the Head Release Latch down to open the media cover.

         

     2. Pull apart the yellow tabs holding paper in place, and remove jammed paper and media roll.

         

     3. Re-insert the paper, ensuring that the flow of paper goes underneath the roll.

         

     4. Close the lid, ensuring it locks closed.
