Sometimes removing and refilling the paper will resolve printing troubles.
Step-by-step guide
- Press the Media Cover Button (yellow) on the side of the printer as shown below. The Media Cover will open automatically.
- Pull the Media Supports apart as shown below. Insert the roll of media (in the orientation shown, with paper going under) between the supports and let the supports secure the media in place. The supports will adjust themselves to the width of the media, and the media roll should be able to spin freely on the supports.
- Pull a little paper out and rest it on the top of the printer, then close the Media Cover on top of it. It will click into place. Attempt a print.
