Release 7.0.1
Portal Updates
Auth0
During the month of March, we will be migrating all companies over to use auth0. Auth0 improves security of the platform. Support team will be reaching out to companies individually to explain the migration plan and timing. This build includes all the necessary enhancements for a company to migrate over to auth0. Please reference the Auth0 emails support team sent out for details.
Load > Manage Loads
A new Last 10 Load button has been added to the load creation form. When a user selects a pickup location and clicks Last 10 loads, users will be able to see the last 10 loads created for given pickup location.
Load > Manage Loads & Primary Scenarios
On the primary scenario screen, load creation pickup and drop off fields will display. Users can define and store these values at the scenario level
On the Load > Manage Load screen, if a user selects a scenario, it will retrieve the default values stored at the primary scenario level and populate the load creation form. Users can adjust the load creation form if the fields are not read only.
Load > Import Loads
When users are importing loads, they historically had to import them for one account at a time. This was the Import By “Account” option.
Users now have the capability to import loads across multiple accounts at once.
Users can create a new template (i.e. multiple accounts) by clicking on the + button next to Import By. They can define a template name and save it.
Within the field mappings, there are two new fields, Pickup Account Name and Drop Off Account Name. Ensure the excel file being used to import loads includes these 2 fields to import loads across multiple accounts.
Driver Added Tanks
On setup > company tab, a new feature is available to turn on a generic tank list which drivers will select from vs having to type in the tank name. Generic tank list will show a drop down of Tank 1 thru Tank 10
On the tablet when a driver adds tanks and generic tank list is enabled, it will provide driver a list of generic tanks to select from; Tank 1 thru Tank 10. Drivers will be prevented from adding duplicate tank names.
On tablet, when drivers add tanks, they will be able to select from a list of tank sizes or they can choose custom to enter their own capacity, height and BPI.
SMS Notifications
We have migrated our SMS notification logic to Twilio, a best-in-class SMS tool. The Twilio service will be more reliable, and we will avoid being blocked by specific email providers. SMS/Texts will be sent from the following phone#: 888-835-4378
NOTE: When adding phone book entries, users will NOT need to input a carrier any longer.
Media Images
When a user views a media image, users will now be able to rotate left, rotate right, zoom in, zoom out and expand the window/image size.
On the tablet, we have improved the overall image quality of all photos/images.
When a driver takes a receipt image, we are applying a scan/white image filter to improve readability and contrast between words and background.
All other photos/images in system will be in color.
Setup > Driver
Users now can view and edit driver shift schedules from the Setup > Driver screen.
Users can select a driver, click the clock icon, and then view/edit the schedules. Users can change driver and date from this popup as well.
Review > Ticket Import
A New field EXTERNAL 3RD PARTY GSV has been added to the list of available fields to import. This field will also be visible on the ticket detail screen in the 3rd party section.
On the setup > admin > company tab, users can block updates to existing tickets in the system. If a user attempts to import a ticket # already in the system, they will receive a validation error and be unable to reimport the same ticket #.
Users now can import the Chain up field. The field can be mapped within field mappings.
Finance
A new terminal filter will enable users to filter scenarios, pickups or drop offs and then apply these to a rate sheet
A new select all feature has been added to the payroll screen. This will make it easier for users to select all drivers and create settlements.
Setup > Drop Off
On setup > drop off screen, 2 new fields have been added to the grid profile. Subterminal and Tablet drop off form. These fields can also be exported.
Review > Review
A new query filter field “Driver Type” field has been added. Users can now easily query tickets for company drivers or contractors.
API
The primary scenario API has been enhanced to allow API users to Update all loads after a specific effective date.
Bugs Fixes
TABLET: If a driver was adding multiple tanks and they were taking photos of each tank, the same image was being sent back to the review > driver added tank screen. This has been resolved.
Finance > Payroll: When a settlement/driver was selected in top grid it would perform an unneeded search for all tickets again and then filter only the tickets for the driver/settlement selected. The query has been updated to only pull tickets for driver/settlement selected. Improving the speed of the query.
Load > Import loads: There was an issue with importing split pickups and drop offs. This issue has been resolved.
Load > Manage Load: If a company was attempting to create split loads when using dependency forms, the system provided an error. This issue has been resolved.
On ticket screen: When users are selecting pickups or drop offs they can search by pickup # or drop off #
On tablet: If “Show Pickup information on Drop off” was disabled it still printed Pickup info. This has been resolved.
