1. In the bottom left corner of Pickup or Drop Off screen, click Picture/Video.
   

   
   

   
   
2. Click Receipt Picture if you are taking a receipt picture or click Other Picture/Video if it's NOT a receipt picture (reject, poor conditions, etc).
   
    
3. Select Take Picture or Record Video (only available if driver selects Other Picture/Video).
   
   
4. Click white circle camera button when you want to take photo.
   
   
5. If you are satisfied with picture or video taken, click OK. If you want to retake, click Cancel then press Take Picture.
   
   
6. Click Done to save picture or video with ticket.
