PakEnergy Transport Release Notes for December 18th
Time Off Enhancements
On Setup > Company tab, companies now have the ability to alter their time off unit of measure from days to hours. When this change occurs, the label for "total available" will update to be days or hours on the portal and mobile. i.e. Total Available Days or Total Available Hours
On Setup > Code tab, a driver/asset schedule code which has time off attribute turned on and if time unit of measure is set to hours, the user can define the max # of hours value and default value. When portal users or drivers are inputting time off requests, the form will populate the total available hours with the default value and the user won't be able to input a # higher than the max value. A user can alter the total available hours if needed.
On the Dispatch board, when a user right clicks on a driver and they update driver's status, the user can add notes. If the user changes the driver's status to a code with time off attribute on and company's time off unit of measure is set to hours, the user can define the # of hours the driver will be taking off.
On the Dispatch board, if a driver is in the NOT working today section and their driver/asset schedule code has time off attribute ON, the dispatcher will be allowed to assign loads. The reason for this is driver may be working a half day
IMPORTANT: On the tablet, if a driver's asset schedule code has a time off attribute ON, they will be able to login and complete any loads assigned to them. If a driver is in the NOT working today section and their driver asset/schedule code if OFF and time off attribute if OFF then driver will NOT be able to login and will have to contact dispatch (existing logic)
Driver Schedules
On Dispatch > Schedule tab, two new driver filter options have been added. Users can filter the list by subterminal and driver group.
When a user selects a terminal, it will display the list of Subterminal(s) associated to this terminal. Once the Subterminal is selected the driver associated with this Subterminal will be displayed in the bottom grid.
When a user selects a Driver Group the drivers associated to this group will be displayed in the bottom grid
Subterminal and Driver group have been added as available columns within the bottom grid profile.
Load Contact Info
On the load form, the Contact Name and Contact Phone# will now be visible within Load instructions on the tablet.
