Common issue:
Printers may print out a quarter ticket's worth of extra paper, or several blank pages after printing a single ticket.
Solution:
The printer usually needs to be calibrated. Users can use flash drives that contain the script to fix this issue. The flash drive is inserted into the USB port on the back of the printer and after turning the printer off and back on, the script calibrates the printer.
The other possible reason for the printer only printing a quarter of a ticket is low voltage to the printer. This is due to a loose connection or the driver trying to print when the truck engine is not running.
